Night Shift Sales Associate Supervisor

Piazza Produce offers a wide array of produce, locally sourced goods, specialty items, and more. Piazza Produce delivers to over 150 surrounding cities including those in Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, Illinois, Tennessee, and Michigan. This allows us a large distribution network in which we are able to back haul and deliver products from producers who need help distributing their products.

Piazza Produce is recruiting a Night Shift Sales Associate Supervisor to come join our family. We are a company that can offer you benefits and longevity with job security. **This is for a night shift position with working hours of 2:00PM-10:00PM EST with one day off during the week and working Saturday**

Duties:

In this role the successful candidate will become supervise and manage Piazza Produce, INC Inside Sales Representatives.
Strategically set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
Actively monitor employee accuracy statistics, productivity, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
Perform supervisor override responsibilities.
Input customer orders on a daily basis
Address any scheduling issues and modify schedules as needed
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises

Qualifications:

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English
At least 1-3 years’ experience performing all the above functions
Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, produce industry software (or equivalent) and common E Mail systems are required
