Delivery Changes & Will Call Orders
Delivery Changes & Will Call Orders

Dear Valued Customers,

We want to thank you for your continued loyalty and business during these past few weeks.

At Piazza Produce, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. We are closely monitoring the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We are actively following all guidelines and directives as information becomes available from the CDC and government officials. Due to recent guidelines implemented by the local governments, we have decided to make the necessary and effective changes to our delivery schedule.

We want to inform you that we are shifting all deliveries and will only be delivering on the following days, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Therefore, we will be closed and NOT make any deliveries on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays except for a few routes for essential businesses including hospitals, nursing homes, and other government businesses.

We will still make deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday as normal unless otherwise instructed.

Will Call Orders are currently available to the public.  Please call our main office, 317-872-0101 and give them the customer code PUBLIC along with your name and phone number. When you arrive at Piazza Produce to pick up your will-call order, please pull up along the yellow curb in front of our office, and an employee will meet you.  Please have your sales order number ready.  We will bring your order to your car!  For Public Will Call Orders we are now accepting credit cards! We are still accepting cash and checks. For orders over $200, it is cash or credit card only.  Public Will Call is available Monday – Friday 10am – 3pm.  We have a Piazza Pantry Menu that includes staple items in smaller quantities including a variety of fruits & vegetables, milk, bread, cheese, eggs, and meat options. Make sure you check out the most up-to-date list on our social media outlets.

At Piazza Produce, we have been following all guidance and best practices from the CDC including increased daily cleaning routines, more frequent hand washing, use of sanitizer, and following all of our GMP’s (Good Manufacturing Practices). We will continue these best practices as well as communicate any other changes in our business and delivery days/times.

We appreciate your business and patience as we navigate the ever-changing world we are in right now.
Please contact your local Piazza Produce Sales Rep with any questions.

Thank you,
Your Piazza Produce Family
